BuyersCheckAI is a public data aggregation tool, not a professional property inspection, valuation, legal service, or risk assessment. All outputs are generated by aggregating publicly available government datasets (planning portals, flood mapping, bushfire layers) and AI language models. Outputs are described as “data snapshots” and reflect the state of public records at the time of the query only. They do not reflect actual physical conditions of any property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, BuyersCheckAI's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim, loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount paid by that user for the specific data snapshot that is the subject of the claim. Where no payment was made, liability is limited to AUD $1.00.
BuyersCheckAI is not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any decision to purchase, not purchase, develop, finance, or otherwise deal with any property; or (d) inaccuracies in underlying government data sources over which BuyersCheckAI has no control.
